- There are speedboats that can accommodate up to 30 or 40 people. The following customers cannot participate in the tour:
- Minors under the age of 18 who do not have parental consent or signature.
- Pregnant or possibly pregnant.
-Lack of sleep, poor health, drinking alcohol, hangover, taking drugs (excluding motion sickness medication).
- If you have heart disease, including valvular heart disease, angina pectoris, or atrial fibrillation.
- If you have a circulatory system disease such as high blood pressure or a respiratory system disease including the lungs.
- Lower back pain, hernia, or previous surgery on the lower back or spinal cord.
- Have muscle or bone disorders, injuries or diseases.
- If you have ever experienced epilepsy, seizures such as convulsions, fainting, or loss of consciousness.
- Have other serious illnesses. - Generally, we do not recommend participation by young children who are easily exhausted. If you wish to bring young children, their safety must be ensured by a parent or guardian. - The insurance included in the tour price is personal injury insurance purchased by the tour operator, and applies to injuries sustained during the tour. However, there are restrictions on the scope of coverage (age restrictions, maximum amount, excluding injuries sustained during free time, only within Thailand, etc.). We recommend that you also purchase your own overseas travel insurance.
- As this is a speedboat, there may be some rocking. If you are prone to seasickness, we recommend taking motion sickness medication beforehand. Hotel pickup will be by driver only, and a Japanese-speaking guide will be waiting at the port. On the day of the tour, the Japanese-speaking guide will discuss the itinerary and explain any important precautions. There are no safety deposit boxes, so please do not bring any valuables with you and you are responsible for managing your belongings. For safety, snorkelers must wear a life jacket.
- Please note that local marine sports and other activities not included in the tour price are at your own discretion and responsibility. We cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or other losses to your belongings. Please note that the tour itinerary may be changed or canceled due to weather, tide levels, or ocean conditions.
- The tour will proceed even if it rains on the day. Please note that if you cancel the tour for your own reasons, a cancellation fee will be charged in accordance with the cancellation policy.
- [Local facilities] There are changing rooms and showers at the Royal Phuket Marina. They cost 200 baht per person (please make a reservation with your Japanese guide on the morning of your trip). Children's snorkeling masks and life jackets are available, but they are limited in number. Also, they may not fit some children. We recommend that you bring your own snorkeling mask and life jacket.
- The tour schedule may be changed or canceled due to weather, traffic conditions, etc. Landing at Maya Bay is prohibited between August 1st and September 30th each year, so the tour will be conducted from a boat offshore. Please note that depending on the ocean conditions on the day, it may not be possible to tour from a boat. The applicable period is a guideline and may be subject to change. Reminders
All visitors are required to pay the national park fee, 400 baht per adult and 200 baht per Child, payable at the port on the morning of your tour.
You will be required to submit a liability waiver when participating. We will have a liability waiver form available at the port, so please sign it on the morning of the tour.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 6 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–5 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
