Cancellation between 15 and 30 days prior to the selected date will incur a 50% fee.

Accommodation Information:
During the stay, any damage to the facilities in the room caused by the guest shall be compensated by the guest at the original price.
If the key is lost, the tourist shall bear the cost of replacing or reissuing the key.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms. Any additional cleaning fees or fines incurred as a result will be borne by the guest.

2-person room: Guaranteed to provide 2 beds, but there may be more than 2 beds in the room.

Tourists must use the rented ski equipment, ski suits, and other items properly and keep them safe themselves.
If any damage or loss occurs during the rental period, the resulting repair or compensation costs shall be borne by the tourist.

Tourists must confirm the quantity, model, and condition of the equipment they rent on the spot. Payment is considered to confirm that the equipment is in good condition once payment is made.
