Purchase Notice
- Tickets are not sold on-site. Please book in advance.
- Please present the QR code on your voucher when boarding and during any transfer.
- Seats are not assigned. Boarding is first-come, first-served.
- Some departures may require a transfer at Sports Complex Station. Please follow staff instructions.
- If you are unable to board at Hongdae / Sinchon / Myeong-dong / Dongdaemun, use public transportation to gather at Sports Complex before departure (subject to on-site conditions)

Timetables, routes, stopovers, and drop-off points may change depending on weather, traffic, and operating conditions
The service may be cancelled if the minimum number of passengers is not met or due to operator circumstances
Child fare applies to passengers under 13 years old; infants under 24 months are free without a seat (passport or copy may be requested)
If a seat is required for an infant, please purchase a child ticket
Cancellation/refund cut-off times are based on local time

How to Use
1. After booking, check your voucher for the pickup point and departure time.
2. Arrive at the pickup point at least 5–10 minutes early.
3. Present your QR code on your voucher and board the shuttle.
4. After gathering at the Sports Complex, transfer to the ski resort shuttle bus you booked (if instructed).
5. Present your QR code on your voucher again when transferring.
6. Get off at the designated stop (drop-off may change depending on road/traffic conditions).

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
