Pick-up/Departure time: 8:00 - 8:30 (arranged based on your preferred pick-up location).
Returning time: 15:00 - 15:30

Purchase Notice

In case of force majeure (fire, weather, security, accident, natural disaster, war, delay and cancellation of public transport, etc.), the tour will be rescheduled with notice from the tour organizer to the customer as soon as possible and not included in the tour cancellation policy. In case guests do not agree to reschedule, 100% tour price will be refunded (only when guest notice 24hours before rescheduled date).
Regarding the epidemic situation:

When there is an official document to suspend the attractions regulated by the state, 100% of the tour will be refunded.
If there is no official announcement, the tour will still take place as usual or the tour organizer will support reschedule if you notify 1 week before the departure date.

Reminders
