The price does not include: a full service fee of HK$650 per person (HK$130 per day), payable upon tour completion. It includes local guide, tour bus driver, and travel agency staff service fees (same price for adults and children), Hong Kong airport tax, fuel surcharge, and travel agency administrative fee of HK$820 per person (same price for adults and children; the supplier will notify you via WhatsApp to collect this fee after the tour is completed).

In accordance with the directives issued by the Tourism Authority of Zurich (TAK), travelers are advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance before departure. All participants in this tour must purchase the designated comprehensive travel insurance or provide valid proof of insurance. Exemptions are granted if guests have their own personal annual travel insurance (a copy is required). Otherwise, guests must purchase Zurich "Enjoy Life" travel insurance from our company, HK$190 per person (5-day personal scenic area plan).

Three days before departure, a dedicated person will send a tour confirmation SMS to the guests, including the departure date, meeting time, meeting place, and contact information.

Each guest is entitled to one 20kg checked baggage bag and one 7kg carry-on baggage bag (including a light meal on the plane).

Our group is calculated based on a combination of 2 adults, 2 adults + 1 child, or 2 adults + 2 children sharing a room (children under 12 years old do not occupy a bed). If the group size exceeds the above room size, the extra single guests and single guests will need to pay a Single room surcharge. Triple room are not available.

If the group has fewer than 16 members, there will be no tour leader in Hong Kong. Our company will arrange for staff to take the group to the airport, and the tour guide will begin receiving guests on the mainland.

A return permit must be valid for at least the day of return in order to register for the event.

When registering, guests must submit their correct English name, date of birth, expiry date of the travel document (Home Return Permit), and document number. Our company will not bear any additional costs or responsibilities arising from incorrect name information. If necessary, the supplier will request guests to submit a copy of their travel document (Home Return Permit) after registration.

The tour guide will make minor adjustments to the itinerary based on the actual situation on the day.

Please be on time for the assembly; latecomers will not be waited for.

Some facilities and activities in the scenic area may be temporarily closed due to weather or other factors without prior notice.

The products or services offered at the shopping stops included in the itinerary are not provided by our company. Therefore, tour members must fully understand the prices, product quality, and service standards before making any purchases, and must also consider their personal needs. All responsibility for any purchases made will be borne by the tour member themselves.

The flight information, transportation, hotel class, and other arrangements listed in the itinerary are subject to change depending on the departure date. If such changes occur after registration, we will notify you individually.

The order of the itinerary, meals, and accommodations is for reference only, and everything is subject to the arrangements of the local tour operator.

If the hotels listed above are fully booked, our organization will arrange a hotel of the same standard.

The timing of the blooming flowers may be affected by weather conditions. However, once the tour is confirmed, it will proceed as scheduled.

The latest updated itinerary and confirmed tour fees are based on the price at the time of booking. Additional fees during peak season will be announced separately.

Please note that this tour will not include a tea ceremony.
