Please bring your original passport on the day of your participation.
When entering the Colosseum, you will be subject to a security check using a metal detector. Large luggage will not be allowed inside. Dangerous items such as sprays, liquids, and knives are not permitted, so please do not bring them with you. There is no baggage storage facility.
To protect the ruins and ensure the safety of visitors, the number of visitors to the Colosseum may be limited.
If a tourist attraction is suddenly closed due to a religious event or other reason, we will guide you to an alternative tourist attraction.

Admission tickets are issued by name, so please apply using the name in alphabet that appears on your passport. You may be asked to present your passport as identification upon entry. If you do not have a passport or if the name on your application differs from the name on your passport, you may not be able to enter the Colosseum. In such cases, no refunds will be given.
Large items such as backpacks or suitcases, as well as dangerous items such as sprays, liquids, and knives are not permitted to be brought on board, so please refrain from bringing them with you. There is no baggage storage facility.
Plan with horse-drawn carriage ride: Due to the number of seats in the carriage, reservations are limited to a maximum of four people per group, and you will be the only passenger on board.
If animal protection laws are issued due to bad weather or climatic conditions on the day, we will be unable to provide daytime carriage service. In this case, we will refund the difference between the price of MBR2P (without carriage).
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 31 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 30 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–7 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
