  • Please note that the itinerary may be subject to change due to weather or traffic conditions on the day of the trip. We regret that we cannot request modifications or cancellations based on this reason.

  • From May 1, 2025 to August 30, 2026, Nobbies will be open from 10 am to 4:30 pm daily to protect local wildlife.

  • Due to the limited opening hours of Seal Rock, the train penguin tour is subject to train schedules, and participation in Seal Rock tours cannot be guaranteed. Please be aware of this, thank you;

  • If the steam train scenic area unilaterally cancels the trip due to force majeure (including but not limited to high temperatures, government or scenic area safety regulations), we will assist in handling relevant refund and change arrangements according to the actual situation.

  • (1) Cancellations and changes can be processed normally 72 hours or more before departure;

  • (2) For cancellation or change requests made 24-72 hours before departure, the cost of the Penguin Island single ticket already incurred will be deducted or made up.

  • (3) If the trip resources have been actually used within 0-24 hours before departure, the fee will not be refunded. Alternatively, you may choose to change to the "Rainbow Hut + Penguin Island" trip. The price difference resulting from the change of trip will be refunded.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 15 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 8 to 14 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–7 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
