- The wristband must be worn and presented when visiting Hoverland at all times.
- The wristband is non-transferable.
- No-shows on the reserved date will result in forfeiture of the ticket.

- Hangout Maximum height 180cm and not more than 110kg
- For safety purposes, coverall must be worn during the activity, included in the package
- STRICTLY No heels, slipper/Flip-Flops. Solution: shoes rental provides.
