Itinerary may change due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
Alcoholic beverages onboard are charged separately (THB 1,000 per bottle).
Pets are not allowed on board.
Jumping on the trampoline is prohibited for safety reasons.
Not recommended for pregnant women, infants under 1 year, or guests with any medical or physical conditions. The company is not liable for any loss, injury, accident, or lack of medical equipment under any circumstances.
This join-in tour also applies to the Bluecastle yacht. If Blueket cannot operate for any reason, Badaro reserves the right to switch the vessel to Bon Voyage. (Tourist will be notified in advance.)

— Transfer Arrangement —

Guests must wait at the confirmed pickup time and location. Pickup service may be delayed by 10–20 minutes. For any special circumstances, please contact us for immediate assistance.
If guests are delayed more than 20 minutes, the vehicle will proceed to the next pickup location. The operator is not responsible for any inconvenience caused.

— Cancellation Policy —

For safety reasons, if the yacht cannot operate due to severe weather(including heavy rain, unstable weather, high waves, or official Marine Department “no sailing” orders) or mechanical issues, customers will receive a full refund.
Cancellations under weather conditions not restricted by authorities or the yacht operator are non-refundable

— Persons Prohibited from Boarding —

Infants under 1 year old, persons over 70 years old with disabilities, and pregnant women are not allowed on Badaro yacht trips.
Guests who have undergone surgery in the past 12 months with a long recovery period are not recommended to join the yacht trip.
Guests with any physical disabilities, high blood pressure, heart conditions, or other medical issues are advised to consult a doctor before participating.
Badaro is not responsible for any accidents related to the above medical conditions.

Purchase Notice

Tour times or destinations may vary depending on tides and weather.
For guest safety, Badaro may adjust the itinerary as necessary.
Life jackets must be worn during yacht trips or water activities such as snorkeling.
Do not bring unnecessary or valuable items. Badaro is not responsible for any loss or damage.
Collecting local marine life (coral, shells, starfish, etc.) during island visits or snorkeling is prohibited.
The travel agency or booking platform is not responsible for accidents or injuries caused by personal health conditions.
Personal insurance is provided for all guests. ID or passport copies are required for confirmation.
Swimming is at your own risk. Life jackets are provided, but if not used, Badaro is not liable for any incidents.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused by negligence, malicious, or intentional actions. The yacht operator is not liable for unintentional property loss or injury caused by guests.

Reminders

A minimum of 4 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 3 day(s) before the departure date
In case of delays caused by traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors resulting in the cancellation of some itinerary attractions, please contact customer service. We will arrange a partial refund for you
