The tour fee includes the local driver, fluent Chinese-speaking guide and their gratuities, as well as all entrance fees and round-trip transportation costs during the trip.

A group must have at least 16 members, with a maximum of 44 members per group.

The pricing policy is as follows: Children aged 3 and above are charged the adult price; children under 3 years old who do not occupy a seat are free of charge. (Each departure group is limited to one free spot.)

The peak season for plum blossoms is from early to mid-March. The condition of the plum blossoms may vary depending on the weather. If the plum blossoms are not in good condition on the day of departure, no refund will be given.

The itinerary may be adjusted depending on traffic conditions on the day.

We set off as usual, even on rainy days.

The venue may be under maintenance or temporarily closed depending on the situation on the day, and the organizer reserves the right to make such a decision. In the event of such a situation, the company will not be held responsible or provide compensation.

Outdoor activities involve certain risks and potential dangers. Guests must assess their own health and abilities before considering participating in any activities included in the tour or offered during the trip. In the event of an accident, bodily injury, or death caused by force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, our staff and related personnel are only obligated to provide assistance to the best of their ability, and our company and its members bear no responsibility for any damage or injury suffered.

The tour fee includes admission tickets to all attractions. Guests can purchase tickets separately for facilities or experiences within the park that require additional fees.

Each customer who participates in the day trip will receive a complimentary bottle of premium Korean deep-sea water.

If the tour includes a fluent Mandarin-speaking guide and the meeting time is changed, you will be notified separately via WhatsApp, WeChat, Line, or other communication software. Please take note!

Due to the limited quantity and variety of complimentary breakfasts and beverages, guests cannot choose on-site. We apologize if we cannot meet the needs of all customers. For special requests, such as vegetarian options or food allergies, please prepare accordingly, as we cannot accommodate every request. This offer does not apply to children who are exempt from tour fees and do not occupy a seat. Please contact our customer service department for details.

If there are children under 36 months old who do not occupy a seat in the group, the children's passports must be brought and their ages must be checked by the staff at the attraction if necessary.

We will be providing each guest with a complimentary breakfast (bread/cake). Please understand that the quantity and variety of breakfasts are limited and cannot be selected.

The itinerary's attractions and return arrival time are subject to adjustment based on the day's traffic conditions, and guests are not entitled to compensation or refunds for such adjustments.
