The correct name, travel document number, and validity period on the travel document must be provided. The names and document information of the participants on the receipt must be clearly verified. Our company shall not be liable for any additional costs or responsibilities arising from incorrect names. All related costs and responsibilities shall be borne by the customer.
The tour fee does not include service fees (including local tour guides, tour bus drivers and travel agency staff). Each guest is required to pay a service fee of HK$80 per person per day (HK$160 per person for 2 days), which is the same regardless of age and will be collected at the end of the tour.
The tour guide will make minor adjustments to the itinerary based on the actual situation on the day.
There will be no Hong Kong tour leader accompanying the group. The group will be notified of the meeting time, location, and contact information of the local guide or relevant personnel via SMS or personal contact before 5 pm on the working day prior to departure.

Guests are requested to bring their own sun and rain gear, sun protection equipment, light clothing, and water bottles and drinking water, and to be vigilant and pay attention to safety.

In the event of weather or other factors, the itinerary may be changed or cancelled, and the tour time may be reduced. The company reserves all rights to make such decisions.
If, on the day of departure, the Observatory hoists Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or the Black Rainstorm Warning, or forecasts that such signals will be hoisted within the next two hours, the tour will be cancelled and rescheduled. Please note that if a guest does not participate, all tour fees will not be refunded.
