  • Departure time: All day
  • Duration: 30 - 60 minutes depending on the location of your hotel
  • Car type: For sedan (we would use Toyota Vios or similar, which can accommodate maximum 3 people & 3 medium-sized luggage); For MPV car (we would use Toyota Innova or similar, which can accommodate maximum 4 people & 4 medium-sized luggage); For minivan, (we would use Ford Transit or similar, which can accommodate maximum 12 people & 12 medium-sized luggage). Please check and choose the suitable type of car for your booking. In case of excess baggage or over number of customers, surcharge for car upgrade would be required.
  • Child seats are not available
  • Meet and greet is included for airport pick-up
  • Night surcharge for pickup from 10 pm till before 5 am is included in "Night Pickup" option. For other options, night surcharge is not included yet so if your flight is delayed or by any other reason that pickup time must be changed to after 10 pm till before 5 am, please pay extra USD 5 by cash to our driver.

  • Please input your correct flight number and your requested pickup time so that we can provide the service accordingly.
  • Infant seat & child seat are not available as it is not frequently used in Vietnam
  • Pets are not allowed on the car. Please inform us in advance if you would be travelling with your pet
  • Signboard service is included for transfer from airport to hotel

Surcharge for night pickup

Night surcharge for pickup from 10 pm till before 5 am is included in "Night Pickup" option. For other options, night surcharge is not included yet so if your flight is delayed or by any other reason that pickup time must be changed to after 10 pm till before 5 am, please pay extra USD 5 by cash to our driver.

Reminders

  • Please arrive at the designated location 15 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time

  • Night surcharge for pickup from 10 pm till before 5 am is included in "Night Pickup" option. For other options, night surcharge is not included yet so if your flight is delayed or by any other reason that pickup time must be changed to after 10 pm till before 5 am, please pay extra USD 5 by cash to our driver.

  • Free waiting for pickup from airport to hotel is 60 minutes for domestic flights & 90 minutes for international flights (free waiting time will be counted from the real landing time of your flight)

  • Free waiting for pickup from your hotel to the airport is 15 minutes (free waiting time will be counted from your requested pickup time noted in the booking)

  • One day prior to your travel date, our staff will inform you of the meeting instruction and driver's info via KKDay Chat, please check for our message on the system before your travel date

  • In case your flight is delayed OR switched to another flight number, please inform us immediately via our hotline number noted in your voucher

  • In case you have trouble finding our driver at the airport, please inform us immediately via our hotline number noted in your voucher for support first

How to Use

One day before your travel date, our operator will re-confirm your pickup time, flight number and meeting instruction via KKDay Chat/Contact number provided. Please check our instruction and inform us in case of any amendment or issue finding your driver. Upon meeting our driver, please show him/her your voucher including your name and booking code to verify the booking.
