Usage validity
- The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)
Pick-up and drop-off
- Hotel pick-up and drop-off services are available
- Operator will reconfirm your pick-up time in advance
- Arrive at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your selected pick up time
- Enter your hotel name and address at the checkout page
- Hotel in Seoul City (Only 1 address per booking)
- Service Hours: 10hours Between 08:00-22:00.
Surcharge table
- Overtime Charge: KRW 30,000 per hour. Late arrivals of over 31 minutes are considered as 1 hour.
- Exceed Fees (After 22:00): Additional KRW 50,000
- Child Seat: KRW 15,000
- *Surcharge payments are made directly to the driver in cash.
- *Service hours include the driver's return to Seoul. Overtime charges apply even if passengers disembark outside Seoul within 10 service hours.

You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 72 hour(s) before the activity starts
