The northern part of Langkawi is home to the famous Geopark Mangrove Reserve. Visitors can take a speedboat through the uniquely shaped forests, where they can immerse themselves in the unique ecosystem of the mangroves and spot monkeys, birds, lizards, and other natural mangrove wildlife along the way. Hike through the Bat Cave, a natural rock formation that serves as a bat habitat, to see the bats up close. In addition, the boat tour includes eagle feeding, where visitors can witness eagles soaring in the sky and understand why Langkawi is known as the 'Eagle Island'. After exploring the mangrove ecosystem, lunch is served at a fish farm, a great spot for visitors to take photos while dining surrounded by the sea.
