  • Sign the waiver and claim your Yacht Stamp (boarding ticket) at our Convenience Store before 8:00 AM. This is required for all joiners.
  • Onboarding Time : 8:30 AM – 8:55 AM.
  • Departure Time : 9:00 AM.
  • Landmark: Beside Subic Yacht Club, after the bridge, turn right to Watercraft Venture Corp

  • Please arrive at the designated location 30 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time

  • It's require to sign the waiver and claim your Yacht Stamp (boarding ticket) at our Convenience Store before 8:00 AM. This is required for all joiners.

  • Be ready for onboarding from 8:30 AM – 8:55 AM.

  • The yacht leaves at exactly 9:00 AM.

  • Don’t forget to bring proper swimwear and extra clothes for water activities.

  • Traffic is expected in and around Subic Bay Freeport Zone. We recommend arriving 30 mins to 1 hour early to avoid delays.

  • There are no age limits; however, children and elderly guests must be accompanied by a responsible companion.

  • Guests with health conditions or sensitivities, including pregnancy, are required to seek medical advice before joining the activity. A doctor’s consent is necessary for safety.

Cancellation Policy

  • Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
