[Ticket Information]

1. The above fees do not include:

  • Ski gloves, goggles, and face mask are not included.
  • Ski lessons are not included. Those who require lessons can inquire on-site. The price is subject to the price posted by the ski resort.
  • This does not include dining, shopping, or other expenses not mentioned in the "Included in Price" section within the ski resort.

2. Booking Requirements:

  • The actual information of the participants must match the identification information filled in during booking. If there are accompanying persons, please use their respective identification information to purchase tickets. Minors should fill in their own identification information for booking and enter the ski resort together with the adult who purchased the ticket. Please ensure that the identification information of the participants/travelers filled in during booking is accurate, true, and complete. Any inability to verify or enter the ski resort or any losses caused by false or incorrect information submitted will be borne by the participant.

3. Requirements for entering the ski resort:

  • Please use your ticket on the designated date. Tickets are valid for one-time use only; re-entry requires a new ticket. Please note the latest opening time on the day of your visit and plan your entry accordingly to avoid insufficient play time. No ticket extensions or refunds will be offered for those who miss their turn. Please note that during holidays, there may be large crowds; please arrive early to exchange your ticket and queue for entry. During peak hours, crowd control measures may be implemented. Thank you for your cooperation!

4. How to enter the ski resort:

  • Huafa Qianhai Indoor Ski Resort uses a real-name system. Please bring a valid ID on the day of your visit and exchange your ticket serial number and ID for a ski pass at the ski resort's self-service card machine or ticket window (ski passes to be collected at the ski resort on the first floor, and snow play passes to be collected at the snow park on the second floor). You will need your ID card and ski pass to enter the ski area. 

5. Friendly Reminder: Before purchasing, please carefully read the relevant rights and benefits statement, refund and cancellation policy, travel instructions, safety instructions, and other relevant information for this product.

[Refund Policy (Applicable to certain packages. Packages including train tickets cannot be canceled or refunded)]

  • For the above tickets, if a refund is requested at least 2 days before the valid date, no handling fee will be charged.
  • If refunded 1 day before the play date, a 20% handling fee of the payment amount will be applied.
  • No refunds are allowed on the day of use or after the valid date. Once a ticket is collected, used, or expired, it cannot be refunded.
  • Partial refunds are not allowed. Refund requests must include the entire order. If an order contains multiple tickets and any one ticket is used or collected, all remaining unused tickets in that order automatically become non-refundable. Confirm the number of travelers carefully before placing the order.
  • Note: The above refund rules apply only to standalone ski tickets. Plans including train tickets cannot be canceled or refunded. If you wish to purchase both standalone ski tickets and ski ticket + train ticket plans, it is recommended to place separate orders, as tickets within a single order cannot be partially refunded; the whole order becomes non-refundable.

  1. The timing of Huafa Qianhai Indoor Ski Resort is as follows: the timer starts when you swipe your card at the first gate and ends when you exit the last gate. Any time exceeding the ticket type will be considered as overtime, and you will need to pay the difference according to the price posted at the ticket office

  2. Huafa Qianhai Indoor Ski Resort Date Definition:
    - Low season: Dates other than the standard and peak season
    - Standard season: Saturdays and Sundays that are not a national holidays and adjusted holidays Christmas week (December 20–28)
    - Peak season: National holidays and adjusted holidays

[Important Information for Visitors]

  • Please bring the valid ID document used for the ticket purchase on the day of your visit. If the ID information presented does not match the information provided at the time of purchase, the ticket will be considered forfeited. Entry will be denied, and the ticket will be non-refundable and non-changeable
  • On the day of your visit, present your ticket collection code and valid ID document at the self-service ticket machine or ticket counter to collect your ski pass. Please keep your ski pass safe at all times. Lost or damaged ski pass must be replaced at your own expense
  • Your ID document and ski pass are required to enter the resort. The ski pass is also required to collect and return equipment and access the designated ski slopes. Please present your ski pass upon request during your visit. The ski pass will be collected when you exit the resort
  • You may choose either a snowboard or skis when collecting your equipment. Equipment cannot be exchanged after collection
  • Please keep your ticket collection code confidential. If the code is lost or disclosed, you will be unable to enter the resort and will need to purchase another ticket
  • Please check the resort's closing time on the day of your visit and plan your arrival accordingly. Tickets cannot be extended or refunded for the unused duration. During public holidays, crowd-control measures may be implemented due to high visitor volumes. Please arrive early to allow sufficient time for ticket collection and entry
  • The venue provides ski suits, ski boots, helmets, skis, ski poles (for skis only), lockers, and ski passes. Charges will apply for any lost or damaged items according to the prices displayed on-site

  1. Health & Safety Warning: Skiing is a high-risk sport. If you have medical conditions such as heart disease, hypertension, acrophobia (fear of heights), epilepsy, asthma, cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, spinal/cervical conditions, are pregnant, or under the influence of alcohol or medication, please evaluate your physical condition carefully before participating.
  2. Age Restrictions: Minors must be accompanied by an adult. Skiing is not recommended for senior citizens.
  3. Insurance Recommendation: Visitors are advised to purchase commercial insurance covering ski injuries and third-party liability in advance.
  4. Coaching Service: Beginners are strongly advised to hire a ski instructor before entering the slopes. On-site instructional services are available for purchase based on your needs.
  5. Park Rules Compliance: Please read and adhere strictly to all safety signs, facility instructions, and park guidelines, including the Admission Notice, Security Check Regulations, Skiers Notice, and Skiers Code of Conduct.
  6. Equipment Check: Choose gear appropriate for your skill level. Before skiing, inspect rented equipment for damage and ensure the binding release values and settings (DIN values, snowboard stance angles, and spacing) match your height, weight, and boot size. Request immediate adjustment or replacement if needed.
  7. Protective Gear: Helmets must be worn at all times. Guests are strongly advised to wear gloves, goggles, face covers, wrist guards, elbow pads, back protectors, knee pads, and hip pads to minimize the risk of injury.
  8. Trail Levels & Terrain Parks: The park features beginner, intermediate, and advanced slopes, as well as jumps and terrain parks. Beginners entering intermediate/advanced slopes risk injury, and terrain parks require advanced skills. Please stay within trails matching your skill level and maintain safe control at all times.
  9. Prohibited Conduct & Penalties: To ensure orderly operations, the following are strictly prohibited:
    - Exceeding the authorized scope or area of your purchased product.
    - Transferring, reselling, or lending your ticket/benefits to others.
    - Obtaining services through unauthorized or fraudulent means.
    - Conducting unauthorized ski coaching, commercial filming, live streaming, reselling products, or unauthorized sales without prior resort approval.
    - Engaging in dangerous, illegal, harassing, or aggressive behavior.
    - Disrupting park operations or endangering personal and property safety.
    * Violators may face penalties without refund or liability from the park, including being blacklisted, immediate cancellation of tickets/benefits, and a breach of contract fee equal to 30% of the order total (with rights to pursue further legal damages).

  10. No Smoking Policy: Smoking (including traditional tobacco, e-cigarettes, and vaporizers) is strictly prohibited within the resort. Violators will be blacklisted and banned from entering for 15 days.
  11. Operating Hours & Facility Maintenance: Resort hours and attraction availability are subject to change due to capacity limits, severe weather, special events, or safety needs. Facilities may also close without prior notice for emergency inspection or maintenance.
  12. Security Screening & Food Policy: Security checks are required upon entry. Flammables, explosives, weapons, hazardous items, excess goods for sale, and outside food/beverages (except baby food) are strictly prohibited. Please consume outside food before entering.
