• No Refunds: This ticket is non-refundable and cannot be canceled after the reservation is confirmed. We cannot accept refund inquiries. Please book carefully.
• Changes to Show Information: The performance schedule or artist lineup may be subject to change without prior notice due to circumstances of the organizers or performers.
• Seat Assignment: All seats will be assigned randomly on the day of the event.
• No Outside Food/Drinks: All food and drinks, with the exception of bottled water, are prohibited inside the venue.
• Lost/Stolen Tickets: We are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets after they have been issued. Reissuing tickets is not possible.
• INK Concert tickets are a special benefit offered free of charge by the Incheon Tourism Organization for foreign visitors through partner companies. They are available only with a package purchase and cannot be used for the concert alone.

For the standing section, pre-event waiting is required. Please note that if you miss the designated waiting time, you may be assigned a different spot than your original one.

ID Verification: To ensure smooth ticket collection, all attendees must bring their original passport for identity verification.
Foreigner-Only: This is a foreigner-only ticket product. Tickets will only be issued after identity verification with a valid passport. (South Korean citizens are not eligible to receive tickets.)
Minor's Bookings: If a minor books this ticket, parental consent is deemed to have been obtained at the time of booking.
Stamp Tour Operating Hours: The operating hours for each location of the Incheon Global Stamp Tour vary. Please check the official website before you visit, and note that pre-registration is mandatory for each person.
Tickets for the Jjajangmyeon Museum are valid only on the day of purchase, and as the museum is open from 09:00 to 18:00, please make sure to enter and tour during operating hours.
