- The tour group must consist of 16 or more people, with a maximum of 44 people per group. If the tour group cannot be formed, the company will notify you three business days before departure to arrange an alternative departure date.
- Children aged 3 and above are charged the adult price, while children under 3 who do not occupy a seat are free. (Only one free seat is allowed per departing group.)

The tour fee includes the local driver, fluent Chinese tour guide and their tips, dinner, all tickets and round-trip transportation costs.

The venue may be closed or undergo maintenance due to circumstances on the day. The decision rests with the organizer. The company will not be held responsible or liable for any such circumstances.
If the restaurant is temporarily closed or unable to attend due to other reasons, a different dinner will be offered. This offer does not apply to children who do not occupy a seat and are exempt from the tour fee.

If the strawberry harvest is insufficient due to weather or other natural factors and we are unable to pick the strawberries, we will visit Liangshuili in Yangping instead.
Outdoor activities carry certain risks and potential dangers. Guests must carefully assess their fitness for any activity, including or offered during a tour. Every customer who departs on a one-day tour will receive a bottle of Korean premium deep water.
If the outdoor snowpark is closed or unable to go on the day of departure due to other reasons, if the snowpark activity cannot be carried out on that day, the exciting grass skiing ring will be replaced or the coffee shop will be changed and an 8,000 won drink will be included.
A fluent Chinese-speaking tour guide will accompany you. If the meeting time of your scheduled itinerary is changed, you will be contacted via WhatsApp/Wechat/Line. Please pay attention!
Due to the limited quantity and variety of complimentary breakfast and beverages, guests cannot select them on-site. We apologize for any inability to accommodate all requests. Special requests, such as vegetarians or those with food allergies, are requested to prepare them on their own, as we are unable to accommodate individual requests. Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.

This tour is a winter-exclusive, allowing you to pick fresh strawberries yourself during the most delicious season.

It is recommended to consume fresh strawberries as soon as possible after picking to enjoy their best flavor. If storage is necessary, avoid washing them. Place the strawberries in the refrigerator with ventilation and consume them within 2-3 days. Washed strawberries spoil easily, so it's best to rinse them gently under running water just before eating.
Snow play activities are generally very easy to get started with and are suitable for visitors of all ages. First-timers can quickly grasp the fun. To ensure safety, please follow the instructions of the on-site staff, wear safety equipment, and participate within the designated areas. Children should be accompanied by adults, maintain a safe distance, and avoid collisions.
At the Alpaca Farm, visitors can typically hand-feed the alpacas and gently pet them in designated areas. These activities allow you to experience the alpacas' gentle and lovely nature up close. For example, alpaca interaction at the Alpaca Farm usually takes about 40-60 minutes; strawberry picking at the strawberry farm takes about 1 hour; and snow play activities typically allow 1-1.5 hours of playtime, so you can fully enjoy each activity.
It is recommended to wear warm, windproof, and waterproof winter clothing, such as down jackets, thick trousers, and waterproof snow boots, along with accessories like hats, scarves, and gloves. As there are many outdoor activities in winter, layering your clothes will help regulate body temperature. Additionally, you can bring a small backpack and a camera to capture beautiful memories.
