• Pickup: Driver will meet you at your hotel lobby holding a sign with your English name. Verify details before boarding. 
• No-Show Policy: If the driver is late, contact us immediately. Unreported no-shows forfeit refunds.

• Due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, traffic, festivals, road closures, or accidents), the driver’s arrival time may vary slightly. Customers will be notified in advance of any significant delays.
• Please arrive at the hotel lobby on time. The driver will wait a maximum of 30 minutes. No refunds or rescheduling will be granted for no-shows or late arrivals due to personal reasons.
• Personal Belongings : Double-check your belongings before exiting the vehicle. The company is not responsible for lost items.
• Seatbelt Requirement: Thai traffic law mandates seatbelt use for all passengers. Violators may face a 5,000 THB fine per person (payable by the passenger).
