To ensure every guest has the best possible experience, please follow these reservation steps:

1. Register as a KKday member.
   
2. Go to the reservation page and select your preferred entry time slot. Each customer must purchase Drinks Voucher (HKD $38, A novelty clear card will be randomly given) online as a reservation confirmation.
   
3. Complete the "Lead Traveler" information. Customers must register with the exact name as it appears on their identification document (e.g., Last Name: Chan, First Name: Tai Man). 
   
4. Upon successful reservation, you'll receive a confirmation email or can view your [Admission Voucher] QR code under "My Orders" on KKday. This confirms you have successfully obtained your [KKday Reservation Pass].
   
5. Enter the venue using your QR code at your reserved time slot.
   
6. We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your reserved time to complete check-in, order your meal, and purchase merchandise.

1. Purchase Requirement (HKD $38 per guest)

• Each reservation must purchase one drinks voucher per guest (A novelty clear card will be randomly given). This purchase serves as a non-refundable deposit and confirms your seat at Chiikawa Ramen Buta Hong Kong.
• The drinks can be enjoyed during your meal or taken away as a souvenir. 
• Children aged three or under who do not occupy a seat are not required to pre-purchase drinks voucher
• Guests without a confirmed purchase of a drinks voucher will not be granted admission.

2. Mandatory Ramen Order Per Guest (A 10% service charge will be applied to all on-site purchases.)

• Sharing a single bowl among multiple guests is not permitted.

3. Online Reservation Noticed

• Dining period is 60 minutes starting from the reserved time. Please arrive on time to enjoy the full experience.
• Customers must present the voucher from the app, online account, or directly issued by KKday via email. 
• To protect your rights, please do not purchase QR codes from unauthorized channels. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to holders of vouchers purchased through unauthorized channels.
  

4. Group Size Limitations

• Each booking allows for a maximum of four (4) guests per reservation.
• We are unable to accommodate larger parties or combine multiple bookings into one group.

5. Punctuality & Arrival Guidelines

• The time slot you select when ordering is your entry time for that day. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your reserved time to allow for check-in, ordering, and browsing merchandise.
• If you arrive late, your reservation may be automatically cancelled and your seat released without refund or rescheduling.
• Kindly avoid queuing in the waiting area as space is limited.
• If you arrive after your original scheduled entry time, your registration will be voided and you won't be arranged for an alternative entry time.
• Dining time is 60 minutes, calculated from your entry time.
  

6. Reservation Confirmation

• A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking. It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all submitted information.

7. Cancellation, Refund, and Modification Policy

• No cancellations, refunds, or modifications will be permitted once a reservation is confirmed.
• This includes date, time, number of guests, and purchased items.

8. Guest Conduct and Safety

• All guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully within the premises, during queuing, dining, and merchandise browsing.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or entry to any guest who does not adhere to the house rules, staff instructions, or behaves in a disruptive or disrespectful manner.

9. Merchandise Purchase Policy

• Only guests who dine at the restaurant are eligible to purchase merchandise. Merchandise-only or drinks-only orders are not accepted.

11. Severe Weather Arrangements

• If a Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, or a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, is in effect on the dining day, the restaurant will remain open, and you may proceed to dine as scheduled.
  
• If you wish to request a rescheduling, please contact KKday customer service directly during the period when the warning signal is in effect and provide two alternative dates for the restaurant to check availability (rescheduling is subject to the restaurant’s seating availability and is not guaranteed). 
  
• If a Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 9 or above is in effect on the dining day, the restaurant will temporarily close. You may contact us on the original dining day and provide two alternative dates to request a rescheduling.
