  • Guests must hold a valid ticket to enter Shanghai LEGOLAND® Theme Park (hereafter “the Park”) and present a government-issued ID to verify age and identity. Tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the person named, within the validity period. Any modifications will void the ticket. For detailed ticket policies, please refer to the booking page.
  • Plan your visit according to ride wait times and operating hours. Access to certain attractions may also be restricted by height, health conditions, or specific ride/attraction requirements.
  • No interviews or media coverage may be conducted without prior permission. Guests may not take photos, record videos or audio, or live-stream for commercial purposes within the Park.
  • Any activities or behaviors that may endanger Park operations, compromise ride functions, or disrupt other guests’ experiences are prohibited, including any acts banned by law.
  • Guests are responsible for safekeeping personal belongings.

Prohibited Items Policy:

  • The following items are strictly prohibited: flammable or explosive materials, such as firecrackers, fireworks, handheld confetti cannons, etc. Knives, weapons, laser pointers, replica weapons, or toy guns (including but not limited to toy blasters and water guns) are also prohibited.
  • Bags, containers, or luggage exceeding 46 cm × 33 cm × 20 cm, as well as wheeled suitcases of any size, are not allowed inside the Park.
  • Please do not bring glassware, ceramics, or other fragile items, except those required for medical purposes, infants, or special dietary needs.
  • Do not bring any vehicles or rideable devices of any size (except strollers that meet the required size and can only be pushed from behind), including but not limited to wagons, children’s camping carts, children’s tricycles, trolleys, wheeled transport tools, luggage with built-in child seats, trailers, etc., whether electric, manually pushed, pulled, or towed.
