Limited wheelchairs are available; notify BRF in advance.
Wheelchair access is from the terminal to the pontoon, and you must have a travel companion if you can't walk unaided.

Check in at least 1.5 hours before departure. Show your passport and itinerary to collect your boarding pass at:
- Singapore at Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal (TMFT) BRF check-in counter at #01-21
- Bintan, Indonesia at Bendar Bentan Telani (BBT) Ticketing Office.
🕒 Check-In Requirement
Even with a confirmed reservation, you must check in at least 40 minutes before departure to avoid losing your seat. For turnaround trips, allow extra time for clearance. BRF isn’t liable for missed ferries due to immigration delays or other issues.
