・How to Get There:
MTR: Take the MTR to Austin Station and walk for 4 minutes from Exit C.
Airport Express: Take the Airport Express to Kowloon Station and walk for 12 minutes.

－ Important Information －

・Child tickets are applicable to passengers under 18 years of age on the day of travel with a height between 120 - 150 cm (if under 18 but over 150 cm, an adult ticket must be purchased).
・Children must be accompanied by an adult during the journey.
・Each passenger holding a valid adult ticket may bring one child under 120 cm tall for free, provided the child does not occupy a seat. If there is more than one child, additional tickets must be purchased.
・When purchasing tickets, passengers must provide personal information, including full name and the specified identification document number for real-name verification. Passengers must present the ticket and the original identification document shown on the ticket to board.
・Please present the original specified identification document when collecting tickets.
・If purchasing multiple tickets, you may choose to collect them in batches.
・All tickets must be collected at the Hong Kong West Kowloon Station ticket counter at least 45 minutes before train departure.
・Please arrive at the station at least 45 minutes before departure to complete immigration procedures. The B3 level ticket gates will close 5 minutes before departure.
・Passengers booking with a Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents or a Resident Identity Card of the People's Republic of China (limited to the second-generation ID card) may also collect tickets at the ticket machines in Hong Kong West Kowloon Station using the original identification document, along with the order number and ticket collection password, up to 45 minutes before departure.
・Passengers may change their tickets at the Hong Kong West Kowloon Station ticket counter up to 60 minutes before train departure.
・Unused tickets may be changed once for travel date, train, or class without a handling fee; however, once a ticket is changed, it cannot be refunded.
・Free luggage allowance per passenger: 20 kg for adults, 10 kg for children. The sum of the length, width, and height of each item must not exceed 130 cm.
・For other detailed terms and conditions, please refer to the 'Rules for Cross-boundary Passenger Transport of the Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong High Speed Rail', 'Conditions of Issue for Cross-boundary High Speed Rail Tickets', 'Real-name Registration Notice', and 'Personal Information Collection Statement' announced at the station or on the MTR website.
