**When ordering, you must provide the name on the passenger's ID (Chinese name for Chinese residents / Hong Kong and Macau residents / Taiwan residents; English name for passengers from other countries), and if the information is missing, the "Issuance Date and Validity Date" of the passenger's ID will be noted according to the guest's nationality in order to successfully issue the ticket (Chinese residents: ID card / Hong Kong and Macau residents: Home Visit Permit / Taiwan residents: Taiwan Compatriot Permit / other countries: Passport). If the information is missing, customer service will contact you.

High-speed rail reference outbound train number: Shenzhen North - Guiyang North G3732 09:04-13:25; high-speed rail reference return train number: Guiyang North - Shenzhen North G2945 15:10-19:04. If there are any changes in the high-speed rail schedule, please refer to the departure notice. If direct tickets are tight, the Guangzhou South transfer plan will be issued.

This team uses 2 adults/1 adult + 1 child occupying a bed as the combination to calculate the standard of sharing a room (the child will be charged for occupying a bed). If the number of team members exceeds the above room standards, the excess odd number of guests and single-registered guests will be required to pay the Single room surcharge.

Each room can accommodate up to 2 people occupying beds + 1 child not occupying a bed (0-11 years old)

The tour leader will contact the guest by phone or text message 1 day in advance to confirm the guest's information. Please keep your phone open.

Please confirm that you have a valid ID card with you before departure. Please take your valuables with you when getting on and off the high-speed train.

Meeting Hotel: A tour notice will be sent 1 day before the meeting date, informing the meeting time and location, hotel name, address, phone number and tour leader's phone number, etc. Please check it!

Things you need to bring before departure: 1) Documents: ID card (must bring), bank card, some cash. 2) Clothing: Since the temperature difference between day and night is large at the destination, please bring enough warm clothing. 3) Medicine: motion sickness medicine, cold medicine, anti-inflammatory medicine, trauma medicine, etc., bring according to your needs. 4) Toiletries: toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, shower gel, towel, etc.

If the contract cannot be fulfilled and the itinerary is changed due to force majeure (such as landslides, mudslides, destroyed roads and bridges, high-speed rail delays/cancellations, national policies, wars, plagues, traffic control, traffic jams, etc.), the travel agency will not bear the relevant compensation. The increased travel expenses caused by the above reasons shall be borne by the customer; the expenses caused by the above reasons that are reduced or not incurred will be refunded to the customer in a realistic manner.

If you are unable to arrive at the reserved accommodation due to traffic jams, traffic control, or other force majeure factors, the reserved accommodation fee will not be refunded, and the client will be responsible for the temporary accommodation expenses incurred.

Quitting the tour due to personal reasons: No matter where you quit the tour, the unpaid meal and ticket fees will be refunded. The transportation fee, accommodation fee, leader fee and insurance fee will not be refunded.

Force majeure cancellation: If the trip cannot be continued due to force majeure, all customers in the group need to reach a consensus and have three options: A) Change the route. If the mileage and road conditions are similar to the original route, the cost remains unchanged. If the mileage and road conditions are different from the original route, the cost will be refunded or supplemented. B) Return by the original route. The original route return will be calculated based on the actual cost incurred, and the cost will be refunded or supplemented. The cost incurred includes all fares, leader fees, accommodation fees, meals, tickets, etc. from the return to the end of the tour. C) Disband the group locally. According to the actual cost incurred, the cost will be refunded or supplemented.

Golden Week: For tour groups whose tour dates fall during a major holiday during the Golden Week, all fees will not be refunded regardless of when, where or how the group is withdrawn.
