- This package includes 10 hours of tour time, calculated from your meeting time to the final drop-off. If you wish to adjust your pickup time, please note your preferred time in the special request section on the checkout page. If you spend total time over 10 hours, overtime surcharge 300 THB per hour may apply.

- This package requires a minimum of 2 paying participants for an exclusive experience. Children aged 0-2 years old are free of charge, and children aged 3-5 years old have a 500 THB transportation seat fee (cash payment to the driver on tour date available); neither of these age groups counts towards this minimum.
- Children under 6 years old also require a Lunch Buffet booking if you opt to add this to your package.
- Should you require a baby seat, please specify the number needed on the checkout page. A 200 THB surcharge per seat applies and is payable in cash directly to your driver on the travel date.
- The car type will be assigned based on the number of travelers in your group.
- Luggage is limited to 22 inches per traveler. Oversized luggage may incur an extra fee for a larger vehicle.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
