[Regarding arrangements for admission to the Uffizi Gallery/Vasari Corridor]
*Due to the extreme difficulty in securing admission to the Uffizi Gallery/Vasari Corridor, tour times will vary depending on booking availability. The tour will run for approximately 3 hours and 45 minutes, with morning sessions from 8:00 AM to 1:15 PM and afternoon sessions from 12:30 PM to 5:20 PM. The tour time will be determined in 15-minute increments based on the time of the tickets we have secured. Please be sure to check the meeting place, departure time, and other details provided upon completion of your booking.
*If there are any times you are unable to participate, please be sure to inform us when you register. Once the tour arrangements are complete, cancellation fees will apply as per our policy.
*Admission is free for those under 18, but the tour fee is the same for adults and children.
*To arrange your admission ticket, please provide your last name in alphabetical order as it appears on your passport when making your reservation.
*You may be asked to present your passport for identity verification upon entry. If you do not have a passport, or if the name you provided on your application differs from the name on your passport, you may be denied entry. In such cases, no refunds will be given.
*Please bring your original passport with you on the day of the event.
*Please return your luggage to the Uffizi Gallery yourself after visiting the Vasari Corridor, once you have left it at the luggage storage facility.
[About the tour]
*Please refrain from wearing sleeveless tops, shorts, or similar attire when visiting cathedrals, churches, or chapels.
*If the Uffizi Gallery and Vasari Corridor decide to close unexpectedly, we will take you to an alternative location and refund a portion of the tour fee.
Example of alternative sightseeing spot: Palazzo Vecchio. *If only the Vasari Corridor is unexpectedly closed, a portion of the tour fee will be refunded.
*Transportation will be on foot; any use of public transportation or taxis will be at the customer's expense.
*Participation from other cities such as Venice and Milan is also possible. The price includes train tickets plus a round-trip ticketing fee of 20 euros per booking.* There is a limit to the number of people allowed to visit the Vasari Corridor, and reservations are made for specific time slots. You will be visiting with other visitors in your time slot, but museum staff will be escorting you in front of and behind you along the corridor. The corridor is one-way, so you will not be able to go back.
*Video recording is prohibited during the Vasari Corridor tour. Non-commercial photography is permitted.
*Please note that flash photography, commercial use of photos and videos taken with selfie sticks or tripods is prohibited at the Uffizi Gallery.
*Please note that there will be a security check of your belongings upon entry to the Uffizi Gallery. Large items such as backpacks, suitcases, and long umbrellas, as well as dangerous items such as sprays, liquids, knives, and glass water bottles, are not permitted inside the museum. Please refrain from bringing these items with you. However, stainless steel and plastic water bottles and PET bottles of 500ml or less are permitted.
*Large luggage (suitcases, carry-on bags, large backpacks, long umbrellas, etc.) is not permitted. Please leave your luggage at the Uffizi Gallery's luggage storage facility and return to the Uffizi Gallery on your own after visiting the Vasari Corridor.

*The train times listed in the itinerary are approximate. Trains departing from and returning to Rome will be arranged with a timeframe of approximately 10-30 minutes before or after the example itinerary times, ensuring a 9-hour stay in Florence between arrival and departure. (Trains used will be either Italian State Railways (Le Frecce) or private railway (Italo).) In the event of maintenance work for a certain period or sudden changes to the train schedule, alternative trains will be used, and the travel time may be longer than usual, resulting in deviations from the scheduled itinerary times. As this is a day trip to the suburbs departing from and returning to Rome, it is not recommended for those who have other plans after returning to Rome on the day of the tour. Please check the actual departure/arrival times on the train e-ticket provided.
*Please note that no assistance will be provided during your train journey on either the outbound or return trip. You will need to board the train on your own. Please be careful not to miss your train or board the wrong train.

Since it is very difficult to arrange admission to the Uffizi Gallery/Vasari Corridor, the tour time varies depending on the reservation situation. The tour time is approximately 3 hours and 45 minutes, from [Morning] 08:00 to 13:15 [Afternoon] 12:30 to 17:20, and the tour time will be determined in 15-minute increments according to the reservation time of the secured ticket. Please be sure to check the meeting place and meeting/departure time that will be informed to you when the arrangement is completed.
If there are any times when you cannot participate, please be sure to let us know when you apply. After the tour has been arranged, cancellation fees will be charged as specified.

Cancellation Policy
