- Meeting Time: Please specify your preferred time when booking.
- Meeting Point: Hotel lobby (please note that we do not call rooms).
- Duration: Approx. 6 hours / 12 hours (until a maximum of 22:00pm).
- Service Area: All southern regions including Kuta, Seminyak, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Sanur, Uluwatu, and Ubud.
- Long-distance areas outside of Ubud and the southern region, such as Kintamani, Lovina, and Amed, will incur additional charges. Please inquire separately.
【Meeting Instructions】
- Pick-up can be arranged at your hotel lobby.
- Your requested pick-up time will be confirmed by the operator after review.
- Pick-up requests for locations such as shopping malls, restaurants, or beach clubs are not accepted.
- For Airbnb accommodations, vehicle access may be restricted due to narrow roads. If staying at an Airbnb, please provide the host's name and phone number when booking.
- If a separate drop-off location is specified, you will be dropped off at the nearest accessible point.

- 6-seater car (Toyota Avanza): Recommended for 2-4 people, maximum 5 people (if no luggage).
- 16-seater bus (Isuzu Elf): Recommended for 8-10 people, maximum 13 people (if no luggage).
Important Notes for Vehicle Booking
- For long-distance travel to eastern/northern regions outside the southern area, please purchase the 【Additional Option】 for eastern/northern region surcharges.
- When using the '【Additional Option】 Local Korean-speaking guide' service, the passenger capacity is reduced by 1 person.
- If you book a vehicle that does not match your group size, changes or refunds will not be possible on-site.
- Please consider the number of passengers and luggage size to book a vehicle with sufficient space in advance.

Purchase Notice
- When making a reservation, please fill out the tour course and send it to us. We will check availability and confirm your reservation.
- Bali has poor traffic conditions such as one-way streets and traffic jams, so if you make a reservation at 9:00, you should consider a meeting time of 09:00~09:15. Complaints due to this are not possible.
- Parking fees, entrance fees, toll fees, etc. must be paid directly in rupees.
- After meeting with the driver, the customer must communicate directly and decide on the meeting location and meeting time for each location.
- Please write down the driver's contact information, vehicle number, etc. directly after meeting with the driver to ensure that there are no problems with the meeting after visiting the tourist attractions.
- Basically, the driver waits at the location agreed upon with the customer, such as the location where the customer is dropped off or the parking lot.
- Since the driver is not an expert guide, he can only speak very simple, basic English. If you are concerned about communication, please additionally purchase ‘【Additional Option】 Accompanied by a local Korean-speaking guide.
- Guides are not permitted to enter tourist attractions, activities (rafting, marine sports), theme parks (Waterbom, Safari Marine Park), etc. that require admission fees. If you wish to enter with a guide, you must pay the guide entrance fee on site before entering.
- Additional charges apply for long-distance areas such as Kintamani, Ahmed, Bedugul, and Lovina, excluding the entire southern region including Ubud. When traveling long distances to eastern/northern regions other than the southern region, please purchase the [Additional Option] additional fee option for eastern/northern regions.
- You can only travel long distances to one place per day, and for safe driving, the driver may refuse any unreasonable itinerary.
- After 10 p.m., the driver is tired and traffic is restricted due to the risk of drowsy driving.
- If you wish to use it after 10 o'clock, you may ask the driver for permission in advance and pay an additional hourly fee.
- In the case of valuables, you must take care of them yourself (no responsibility in case of loss).
- After completing use, you must check the inside of the vehicle again to make sure there are no items left behind (no responsibility in case of loss).
- This tour product is a no-shopping product. If the driver suggests shopping or a tourist attraction you don't want, just decline.
- The driver eats independently, so you don’t have to worry.

- For cancellations made 8 to 13 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
- For cancellations made 4 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
