• 1 x Eternal East Bus HK$100 Cash Voucher (valid until September 30, 2025). Each HK$100 voucher can be redeemed for one single-trip ticket on any Eternal East Bus route. If the fare exceeds HK$100, the passenger must pay the difference; no refund will be provided if the fare is lower than the voucher value.
• Ticket Redemption Process: Use the 'Redemption Code' on or before September 30, 2025, via the website https://www.myeebus.com/eebusfans/ or by scanning the WeChat Official Account QR code (refer to product images for redemption steps). Tickets are settled in HKD. Passengers must select their own travel date and station (not applicable to Prince Edward station). Expired vouchers will not be reissued.
• Ticket redemption is subject to the schedules, booking system availability, and supply provided on the official website.

• The company reserves the absolute right to refuse any luggage that is excessively heavy, long, or large (where the sum of length, width, and height exceeds 120cm), or any other items deemed unsuitable for transport at the company's absolute discretion; passengers may not object. For excess luggage, the company reserves the right to require passengers to purchase an additional luggage ticket. For routes to/from Hong Kong International Airport, the price is equivalent to a child ticket (or adult ticket price if no child fare is available for specific routes). For routes to/from Hong Kong city areas / Hong Kong Disneyland / Citygate Outlets, the price is equivalent to an adult ticket.
