  • For total rental fees under 30,000 KRW: Deposit 50,000 KRW
  • For total rental fees from 30,000 KRW to under 50,000 KRW: Deposit 60,000 KRW
  • For total rental fees from 50,000 KRW to under 100,000 KRW: Deposit 70,000 KRW
  • For total rental fees from 100,000 KRW to under 150,000 KRW: Deposit 80,000 KRW
  • For total rental fees from 150,000 KRW to under 200,000 KRW: Deposit 90,000 KRW
  • For total rental fees over 200,000 KRW: Deposit 100,000 KRW

Reminders

  • Please provide the location where you will receive the clothing (e.g., your accommodation), as well as the return location/time, and complete the purchase.

  • A late fee of 5,000 KRW per hour will be charged if the item is returned after the predetermined return time.

  • If the item is not returned by midnight on the return date, an additional rental fee will be charged per day.

  • If the return is delayed for more than 3 days or if contact cannot be made, the deposit will not be refunded, and the product cost excluding the deposit may be charged.

  • If you are unable to return the item by the return time, please contact customer service by 6 PM the day before the return date.

  • If the item is damaged or stained, do not wash or repair it personally. Please immediately contact travwear.official@gmail.com.
