The ticket will be available to collect under your booking name at the Main Box office on Level 1 inside the Sydney Opera House an hour prior to the show time, please bring and present a photo ID to collect tickets
Please don't bring any outside food or beverages. Only food and beverages purchased on-site can be consumed within the venue
The venue doors will be open 45 minutes pre-show for Joan Sutherland Theatre performances
Guests are recommended to arrive early to avoid the rush. Ushers will close the doors at show time and not allow latecomers in until a suitable pause in the performance
