After ordering, KKday staff will make the reservation and notify you via message once completed.
If the price on the cruise line's official website fluctuates during the ordering period, if the fluctuation is large, the ordering process will be stopped and a full refund will be given.
After obtaining the Cruise Ticket, passengers are requested to go to the cruise company's official website to check in online.
KKday will provide the official cruise ticket via message before the departure date. Please be sure to pay attention to the system message.
During the period from ordering to sending the Cruise Ticket, the order status will be displayed as "Processing"; the order status will be changed to "Processed" after the Cruise Ticket is sent.
Passengers must provide (1) complete passport information and (2) cabin allocation list at least 60 days before departure. If there is any adjustment, it will be subject to the regulations of the shipping company. In addition, the passport must be valid for more than 181 days (calculated from the date of disembarkation).
Please be sure to bring your own entry-related documents (such as Hong Kong visa, Taiwan Compatriot Certificate, Vietnam visa) for each port of call.
Pregnant women must present a doctor's certificate stating that they are suitable for cruise travel; pregnant women who are 24 weeks pregnant or above or infants under 6 months old are not allowed to travel on board.
Passengers with disabilities must be able to take care of themselves or be accompanied by a companion who can provide assistance. If any help is required, please inform us.
If you have diabetes, chronic diseases or other special diseases that require regular medication/injections, please inform us before registration. If necessary, you will be required to produce a doctor's airworthiness certificate.
Conscripts, military police, and military police contract personnel with special identities, please abide by relevant laws and regulations and go to the township or district office or personnel unit to apply or register.
If you need to bring a wheelchair, bicycle, etc., you must apply for an approval letter from the shipping company in advance and provide the original copy for inspection when boarding the ship.
If you need to carry special/controlled drugs, please prepare a doctor's prescription or supporting documents for reference.
Please be sure to arrive at the designated location 120 minutes in advance to avoid delays in your subsequent trip.
If the above precautions are not met and you are unable to board the ship, you will be charged a fee in accordance with the cancellation regulations of the contract.
The cruise line reserves the right to cancel or change the scheduled itinerary, time, or vessel due to force majeure and severe weather conditions.
