  • Sizes range from XS to 3XL, but adjustments may be required due to the non-standardized sizing of hanboks.
  • The hanbok selection, fitting, and hair preparation process will take approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour, so please plan accordingly.
  • Changing rooms are available inside the store. Feel free to ask our staff for assistance in wearing the hanbok.
  • Each private photo tour can accommodate up to 4 participants. For groups larger than 4, please purchase the additional participant package for the extra individuals.
  • Private photo tours typically last 1 to 1.5 hours, during which you will receive 200 or more photos.

  • For cancellations made 1 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
