- Guest should be at the pier 45 minutes in advance to CHECK-IN at the Ferry Counter.
- Rate Policy:
- Child Rate (3-11 years old) is applicable for ALL NATIONAL guest.
- Infants (0-2 years old) will NOT be given a seat. - For Child Ticket Rates: a MUST to submit a soft copy of the passenger's identification.
**Any failure to submit the required identification will result in the application of the regular rate - Cancellation and Rebooking charges will be on a case to case basis
- Each passenger is allowed to bring one hand carry baggage, any excess will incur charges

Pregnant women who are eight months along may be permitted to board the ferry upon presentation of a valid doctor’s certificate confirming their fitness to travel. Additionally, they will be required to sign a waiver. However, during periods of rough seas, boarding will not be allowed for pregnant women.
