Use these convenient and quick boat transfers to travel hassle-free from Puerto Galera to Batangas (and vice versa). Easy and hassle-free, just show your e-ticket and a legitimate ID that corresponds to the name you provided on the ticket, and you're off!

- E-Ticket will be emailed to guest.
- Guest should be at the pier 45 minutes in advance to CHECK-IN at the Ferry Counter.
- Rate Policy:
- Child Rate (4-12 years old) is applicable for ALL NATIONAL guest.
- Infants (0-3 years old) will NOT be given a seat. - For Child Ticket Rates: a MUST to submit a soft copy of the passenger's identification.
**Any failure to submit the required identification will result in the application of the regular rate - Cancellation and Rebooking charges will be on a case to case basis
- Each passenger is allowed to carry two (2) two pieces hand carried baggage with a total weight of 15 kg and a maximum dimension of 20 cm W x 40 cm (L) x 60 cm (H). Additional 15php per Kilogram will be charge for the succeeding weight with a maximum of 25kg per passenger.

Pregnant women who are eight months along may be permitted to board the ferry upon presentation of a valid doctor’s certificate confirming their fitness to travel. Additionally, they will be required to sign a waiver. However, during periods of rough seas, boarding will not be allowed for pregnant women.

- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
