- Rate Policy:
- Child Rate (2-11 years old) is applicable for ALL NATIONAL guest.
- Infants (0-1 years old) will NOT be given a seat. - For Child Ticket Rates: a MUST to submit a soft copy of the passenger's identification.
**Any failure to submit the required identification will result in the application of the regular rate - Cancellation and Rebooking charges will be on a case to case basis

Pregnant women who are eight months along may be permitted to board the ferry upon presentation of a valid doctor’s certificate confirming their fitness to travel. Additionally, they will be required to sign a waiver. However, during periods of rough seas, boarding will not be allowed for pregnant women.

Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
