• Q: How can I register for an AXS account, access my E-ticket, and select the method of my wristband pick-up?
• A: Visit the AXS website and sign up using the same email you provided while booking on KKday
  ・Your E-ticket will typically be sent within 48 hours before the event starts. It will be delivered via a link to the email address you used during booking
  ・Please choose "Will Call" as your wristband pick-up method
  ・When entering the AXS website, if you land on a page displaying "Are you a real fan?", simply click "Click Here" below to proceed to the sign-up page

• A: Yes, you must activate your wristband using the Coachella mobile app before attending
  ・Your wristband is the ONLY valid entry to the venue for the entire weekend you purchased—E-tickets will not grant access
