The itinerary includes Changdeokgung Palace - Bukchon Hanok Village every Tuesday. (Gyeongbokgung Palace and Cheong Wa Dae Sarangbang are closed every Tuesday.)

The day before your departure, our customer service representatives will contact you again using the contact information you provided to confirm the itinerary for the following day and arrange transportation for you.

Tour schedules may be affected by traffic and weather. In the event of cancellations or changes due to weather or other factors, please refer to on-site announcements. No further notice will be given. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Pick-up and drop-off locations are limited to Seoul city area. Additional service fees will apply for locations outside the service area. Please contact customer service for confirmation.

The rental period is based on a 7-hour period. An additional fee of 30,000 Korean Won per hour will apply for any time exceeding this. Please pay the driver in cash on the same day.

Shared day trip: Please consult online customer service for departure time before booking. The group will not be formed if there are less than 4 passengers. Hotel pick-up and drop-off service is provided throughout the trip. There is a free 10-minute wait time before departure. In order not to affect other tourists, please arrive at the departure point in advance. If a guest does not arrive at the pick-up point on time due to personal reasons, the driver will not wait and there will be no refund service for the guest's lateness.
