- This itinerary includes breakfast. Lunch and dinner are self-arranged. The minimum age for participation is 8 years old. The Blue Ice Cave in the image is for reference only, as the blue ice caves melt in summer and new ones form in winter. The actual condition of the Blue Ice Cave depends on the size, location, and brightness of the new caves formed that year
- Order Confirmation: This product requires secondary confirmation. Due to limited tourism resources in Iceland, we will confirm availability within 24 hours of your booking. If unavailable, a refund will be issued
- Please include your regular email address when booking the travel product
- This product requires a minimum of 1 participant. Once the order is confirmed, the trip will proceed (except in cases of force majeure or cancellations due to the customer’s own reasons)

After-sales information:
Luggage regulations for tour groups: Each person is limited to one small carry-on suitcase and one carry-on backpack. If you have excess luggage, please deposit it in a hotel or storage point in downtown Reykjavik in advance
After payment is completed, the merchant will confirm whether the reservation is successful within 24 working hours at the latest
If the payment is not confirmed within the time limit, the system will automatically refund the payment, which is expected to be returned to the payment account within 1-7 working days
If your tour cannot operate due to extreme weather conditions, a full refund will be provided. In case of a volcanic eruption preventing your arrival in Iceland, you may cancel the trip and receive a full refund
Guide to Iceland cannot be held responsible for any losses, accidents, injuries, sickness, personal harm, financial losses, entertainment disruptions, or mental distress during the tour. In case of delays caused by force majeure events such as weather, natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances, and if no changes are made per the service terms, the customer will be responsible for any incurred losses. Tour operators reserve the right to alter routes, schedules, or itineraries due to extreme weather, road conditions, or other necessities. It is recommended to purchase comprehensive travel insurance before departure to mitigate risks from unforeseen events
If the operator fails to pick up the group on time during the tour, the customer must contact the operator directly or ask the hotel front desk to assist in calling the contact number. Please stay attentive to the itinerary details
When booking for multiple people, the default is a multiple-room arrangement (double or triple room). If booking alone, a single room surcharge will apply. For multiple reservations requiring single rooms, the corresponding surcharge will also apply. Our customer service will contact you after the reservation
If you encounter an emergency or have a complaint during your trip to Iceland, please contact the agency promptly. The local Chinese customer service phone number will be provided in the itinerary. Complaints will be handled based on the content of the initial contact with us

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
