Purchase Notice
- Please provide each passenger’s Chinese name and return certificate information in the remarks when booking.
- Please gather on time. We will not wait for latecomers.
- If there is no Hong Kong tour guide accompanying the group, the group will be notified via mobile phone text message or in person of the meeting time, location, and contact information of local tour guides or relevant personnel before 5:00 pm on the working day before departure.
- This group is based on two people (2 adults/2 adults + 1 child/2 adults + 2 children) sharing a room. The group fee for children (2-9 years old) is the fee for not occupying a bed. If a child needs to occupy half of the room, he or she will be charged as an adult. Group fees are charged. For odd-number combinations or single registrations, a single room surcharge must be paid.
- The travel agency service fee is HKD 130/person/day, including local tour guides, tour bus drivers and travel agency related staff, which will be collected individually from the group members before the tour is completed.
- Trip cost does not include: Comprehensive travel insurance. In order to provide each traveler with complete travel protection, our company recommends that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance on your own. If you prepare comprehensive travel insurance by yourself, you need to provide proof of insurance; if you purchase travel insurance by yourself and require a letter of insurance certificate from our company, our company will charge a handling fee of $50.
- Guests who participate in our company's tour groups must purchase or have comprehensive travel insurance on their own.
- In accordance with the requirements of the national environmental protection policy, the hotel has canceled free disposable supplies in the room, please bring your own.
- The order of itinerary, meals and accommodation is subject to local reception arrangements. Subject to change without prior notice.

- Some facilities and activities in scenic spots and hotels may be closed due to weather and other factors without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
