【Important Notes】

・ Please provide the following information in the remarks section when booking: Hair length (e.g., short, medium-length to shoulders, long to waist), and whether you have had any coloring or perms in the last 3 months.
・ If you would like a haircut, please be sure to mention it in the remarks section when booking. The duration will increase by 30 minutes, and an additional fee of 38,000 KRW - 110,000 KRW may apply depending on the style, length, and hair condition. The final cost will be confirmed on-site after consultation with your stylist.
・ The cost for coloring options is based on hair length up to the lower lip. Please note that for every 1cm exceeding this, an additional fee of 10,000 KRW (for professional coloring) or 20,000 KRW (for professional bleaching + coloring) will be charged on-site.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
