If there is no Hong Kong tour guide accompanying the group, the group will be notified via mobile phone text message or in person of the meeting time, location, and contact information of local tour guides or relevant personnel before 5:00 pm on the working day before departure.
Guests who participate in our company's tour groups must purchase or have comprehensive travel insurance on their own.
In accordance with the requirements of the national environmental protection policy, the hotel has canceled free disposable supplies in the room, please bring your own.

- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
