What You Can Expect
Purchase Notice
- You can choose between skiing or snowboarding at the ski resort. Please note that you cannot change your choice after picking up the equipment.
- There will be a daily closure of slopes due to maintenance issues.
- If your health condition is not suitable, we do not recommend joining this tour.
- Travelers using LINE for communication must share their correct ID and set their profile to be searchable.
- Please be aware that certain slopes may be closed due to weather conditions. This can not be a reason for cancellation or refund.
- Please note that depending on reservation status, you may be assigned to a tower condo instead of a hotel. This can not be a reason for cancellation or refund.
- Minimum Age of SKI / Snowboard is 5 years old. Children younger than 10 must be accompanied by an adult (parent) for safety reasons. KKday is not responsible for any incidents during your trip, so sign up for insurance for your safety.
- All the tickets (passes, rentals, admission to attractions, etc.) cannot be re-issued.
- Additional fees for early check-in, late check-out, or extra bedding and towels may apply.
- To ensure your comfort and uphold the quality of our rooms, please adhere to the resort policy by paying the extra charge for any additional guests beyond the room’s basic capacity.
