- Day 1 Pick Up & Last Day Return: Tawau hotel / Tawau Airport (TWU) / Meet at Semporna office at least 30 minutes before boat departure time
- Check In: 1400hrs on day of arrival
- Check Out: 1200hrs on the last day
- The boat leaves at 1400hrs last day sharp. All bills must be settled and rooms cleared by 1200hrs.
- All departure destination or drop off must be confirmed by check-in date. If not confirmed by check-in date, we will transfer the guests to Semporna only.

Scheduled Transfers
What You Can Expect
1 Day
- Pick-up from Tawau hotel or airport. Transfer to Semporna town for dive check-in or registration at Seaventures' Sales Office in Semporna (takes about 1 hour).
- Or, meet at Semporna office at least 30 minutes before boat departure time.
- From Semporna Jetty, you will be taken to the Dive Rig. The boat journey takes approximately 45-60 minutes, depending on weather and sea conditions.
- Check-in to your room followed by a dive briefing by the crew.
- Orientation dive underneath the Rig, subject to arrival time and sea/weather conditions.
- 1 Check Dive (subject to change without prior notice) + unlimited house reef dive with your own buddy.
- **IMPORTANT NOTE: No diving for arrivals after 16:00 hrs.
2 Day
- Diver: 3 boat dives between Mabul, Kapalai, or Sipadan ** + unlimited house reef diving with your buddy underneath the Rig.
- Diver: House reef diving with buddy system (time and weather permitted)
3 Day
- Diver: 3 boat dives between Mabul, Kapalai, or Sipadan ** + unlimited house reef diving with your buddy underneath the Rig.
- Diver: House reef diving with buddy system (time and weather permitted)
4 Day
- Diver: House reef diving with your own buddy for guests without flights on departure day (subject to surface interval requirements before your next flight).
- 12:00Check-out
- 14:00After lunch around 14:00 hrs, transfer back to Semporna and then to Tawau airport for your flight home.
Purchase Notice
- All single travelers will be subject to room sharing unless a request is made for a non- sharing/own room in which a 30% Single Supplement Rate will be charged on the package price.
- Any children who are certified divers must pay full diver's rate
- No minimum number of adult sharing room with a child. Normally, one child (below 5 years) can fit in one room with parents (if 2 adults). However, they can also upgrade to Deluxe room when they are on the rig.

Tourism Tax (TTx)
As of 1st September 2017, the Malaysia government imposed a Tourism Tax (TTx) on all International guests staying in a hotel room. The tax of RM 10 will be charged per room on per night basis. Seaventures Dive Rig will be collecting the tax from our guests upon check-out
Single Traveller Surcharge
- All single travelers will be subject to room sharing unless a request is made for a non- sharing/own room in which a 30% Single Supplement Rate will be charged on the package price.
- Boat and land transfers are based on a minimum of two resort guest passengers, if there is only one resort guest on the scheduled transfer, there will be a single supplement surcharge
- Single travellers are required to pay additional MYR100.00 for scheduled land transfer and MYR325.00 for scheduled boat transfer.
Unscheduled Land and Boat Transfer
- Unscheduled land transfer, will incur a charge of MYR200.00 per transfer. Please allow a minimum of 24 hours prior notice to arrange the transfer schedule.
- Unscheduled boat transfer, will incur a charge of MYR650.00 per transfer. Please allow a minimum of 24 hours prior notice to arrange the transfer schedule.
Sipadan Permit
A fee is levied by the Sabah Parks Department of Diving Fee: MYR 350.00 per diver (NonMalaysian) / MYR250.00 per diver (Malaysian) & Conservation/Entrance Fee: MYR100.00 per person (Non Malaysian) / MYR50.00 Per Person (Malaysian) for all guests entering Sipadan and is valid for ONE (1) day only. This levy charge is to be paid separately as it is NOT included in any of our packages unless clearly stated.

- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
