- Local regulations mandate car seats for children under 8. If a business/high roof/flat roof bus is used, children under 8 are charged as adults. For other bus types, children under 2 ride free but don't occupy seats
- Vehicle type confirmation comes 2 days before the tour. If traveling with children under 2, contact KKday 2 days before departure to confirm package options
Reminders
A minimum of 2 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 3 day(s) before the departure date

Attraction operating hours may change due to the pandemic; consider this when booking
If attractions close due to holidays or unforeseen events, the guide will provide alternative plans
No refunds or compensation for leaving or missing the tour due to personal reasons

Following local rules, kids under 8 need a car seat. If we use a specific bus, kids under 8 must have a car seat too. If you have kids under 8, check with the local agency to confirm the bus type and car seat rental (US$8/day). Not doing so may mean they can't join
Each traveler can have one large-size luggage (under 28" and 20 kg) and one carry-on baggage

Compensation for bus delays depends on the delay time; note that no portions of the tour fee will be refunded. The tour guide will explain compensation on-site; please follow their arrangements

When making a reservation, please provide a reachable phone number while you're traveling, and we strongly advise obtaining a mobile SIM card with both internet and calling capabilities for emergencies
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 15 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 14 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–7 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
