— Important Information —

  • To maintain service quality, only two guests are accepted for reservations every half hour.
  • Cheongsams are only available in adult sizes; children's mandarin jackets and cheongsams are not available.
  • If the appointment is delayed by 10 minutes, the simplified hair styling service cannot be performed; if the appointment is delayed by 30 minutes, the service will be considered cancelled.
  • For any stains or damage to clothing, a cleaning and repair fee of between 200 and 500 Macau Patacas will be charged.
  • The store provides personal storage bags for storing personal items and clothing, excluding valuables. However, if items exceed the bag's size, a storage fee will be charged.
  • Please return the rental item before 5:30 PM on the day of rental. Late returns will incur a 50% charge of the rental fee.
