Product Info

The content of this product is provided by machine translation and may not reflect the actual information, please take this into consideration before booking.

  • At approximately 8:30am (subject to the tour confirmation notice), your Chinese-speaking driver-guide will pick you up from your hotel and head to the famous Freycinet National Park on the east coast of Tasmania.
  • We will stop for a short break at the beautiful coastal town of Swansea along the way.
  • Freycinet National Park is home to several bays, with Wineglass Bay being the most famous.
  • The beach at Wineglass Bay forms a distinct crescent shape against the Tasman Sea, resembling a wine glass, which is how it got its name. It has been named one of the 'World's Top Ten Most Beautiful Beaches'.
  • Because it is nestled among mountains, visitors need to hike up to catch a glimpse of its beauty.
  • Starting from the parking lot, walk along the path that winds through coastal woodlands and granite boulders to reach the Wineglass Bay Lookout, where you will have a panoramic view of the crystal-clear waters and the curved, wine-glass-shaped white beach.
  • In Freycinet National Park, visitors will also explore the elegant and picturesque Honeymoon Bay, as well as Coles Bay, which sits beneath the pink granite peaks of the Hazards mountain range.
  • At the end of the day's itinerary, the guide will drop you off at your Hobart hotel.

This tour involves a long duration and requires walking on mountain trails. Please bring suitable hiking shoes and sufficient clothing to prepare for changing weather conditions by the coast!

Note: If there are guests visiting Maria Island on the day of the Wineglass Bay tour, the guide will drop them off at the Maria Island ferry terminal on the way and pick them up on the return journey before heading back to Hobart together. Thank you for your understanding!

Wineglass Bay
An iconic destination on the east coast of Tasmania, hidden within Freycinet National Park and ranked among the world's top ten beaches.
With its perfect crescent-shaped white quartz sand beach, layered blue-green turquoise sea, and surrounded by the pink granite mountains of the Hazards, it looks like a wine glass carved by nature when viewed from the lookout—a truly stunning sight.
Take a light hike to the lookout for a panoramic photo, or if you have enough energy, walk down to the beach to stroll and immerse yourself in the pure coastline. Along the way, you may have the chance to encounter wild kangaroos and other small animals.
Stop by Honeymoon Bay on the way to unlock the unique mountain and sea landscape of Tasmania's east coast.
Warm reminder: The trail has many uphill stone steps, so please wear non-slip hiking shoes, prepare drinking water and sun protection, and be aware of the changeable weather in the mountains and take measures to keep warm and protect against the wind.
