- All customers must go to the Foreign Service Center within the park to collect their tickets.
- Please be sure to arrive on time on the day of the event. The shuttle bus will depart on time. No refunds will be given for latecomers.
- All tours are same-day round-trip transfers, and departure and return dates cannot be changed. The tour will proceed even in rainy or snowy weather. In the event of extreme weather conditions, a cancellation notice will be sent 1-2 days prior to departure, and a full refund will be issued.
