Performance times and performing artists may change without prior notice due to circumstances of the organizer or performer.

Cast members may change depending on various circumstances. Please understand that cancellations due to cast changes are not possible.

Please note that cancellations after reservation confirmation will incur a 100% cancellation fee and no refunds will be given.

Seats will be determined on the day. Please note that you cannot specify zones or seat numbers in advance.

Bringing food into the venue is prohibited. (Water is allowed.)

Taking photos and videos with telephoto cameras inside the venue is prohibited. Baggage may be inspected prior to entering the venue.

Neither we nor the organizer are responsible for any loss or theft of tickets after receipt. (Tickets cannot be reissued.)

Please be sure to bring your passport or alien registration certificate (original) with you on the day of the event.

This ticket is for foreigners only. (Koreans cannot make reservations.)

If a minor makes a reservation, it is considered that the reservation was made with parental permission.

Entry is permitted before the performance begins, but entry is not permitted after the performance begins.

If a ticket is lost, it cannot be reissued.
