- Standard Hotel Check-out Time: 12:00 Noon on the day of departure
- Early Check-in and Late Check-out are strictly subject to room availability and corresponding charges applicable
- If you expect to arrive early in the day and would like immediate access to your room, we recommend booking the room for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access to your guest room until you depart. If you choose not to reserve, we will be glad to store your bags and make our facilities available for you to freshen up.
- Incidental Deposit Policy: Security deposit of Php 2,000 net per room per night is required upon check-in. This is refundable upon check-out should there be no charges incurred during the stay.

Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
