The regular service time period for private charter car is 8:00-22:00. If you do not use the car within this service time period, please contact customer service for confirmation.
The private charter car car time is 10 hours. If the route attractions are within the city limits, you can negotiate with the driver in advance to change the attractions. The itinerary is to and from Marseille city on the same day. If it ends in another place, there will be additional fees (please consult customer service for specific fees)
The meal pick-up and delivery point for this product must be within the city of Marseille. If it exceeds the city limits, additional fees will be charged depending on the distance.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
